Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as an unshipped order.

Due to the personal, sanitary and hygiene-sensitive nature of cosmetics, skincare and personal-care products, Oasiac sales are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise or where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or missing.

Oasiac does not normally accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer has changed their mind after purchasing a product.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
